Americans Accept Corruption in Government

300px-IRS_Building_Constitution_Avenue

Several days ago, our site made an offer for anyone to write a letter to Congress and we deliver the letter. The IRS Scandal  is an opportunity to provide your voice to the government when an unbiased agency used power to intimidate a segment of our society no matter the negative feelings are against the groups targeted. Little response has been received. I hope as Americans that we have not become numb to corruption in government. It robs our freedom and democratic process of individual thought in this country. My letter will be sent, and we can provide any assistance needed in not what to say, but construct a letter to Congress....Please contact us....This is important for you and this country.....     ============================================ The writing of a letter by hand or electronically to an official in power can seem like a daunting task. Writing is one task, but the other is to find the correct representatives and the e-mail or street … [Read more...]

The Deep Hate in Washington leads to the IRS targeting groups such as Tea Party

hill

Reuters is reporting today that former acting Commissioner Steven Miller would not release any other IRS employees who were involved in the scandal that is rocking Washington. The ideological hate would make the Tea Party as a helpless victim of many conservative groups being targeted and unfairly being required to provide documents and information to obtain non-profit status by the IRS. One employee being deemed as the ring leader of the IRS targeting conservative groups is Sandra Hall Ingram as she was the leader for the department handling non-profit requests when this scandal began. She is now the IRS leader over Obamacare, and she has not been required to answer questions or was she named by former commissioner in Friday's hearings on Capitol Hill.  Sandra Hall Ingram has been deemed as a strong ideologue in a department that is necessary to be unbiased in all actions of the agency. Steven Miller is going to protect employees that are endangering our democracy and Ms. Ingram is … [Read more...]

Treasury officials told of IRS probe in June 2012 – Washington Times

This revelation sticks to the President..He will become a damaged leader and limp through a second term. This would result in a more entrenched stalemate in Congress and nothing will be accomplished. The major challenges are not going away, but the tipping point will become a definite event horizon in the near future if this story hangs on Obama and stalemate becomes cemented with no flexibility or compromise....Donny Wisehttp://m.washingtontimes.com/news/2013/may/18/treasury-officials-told-irs-probe-june-2012/Treasury officials told of IRS probe in June 2012WASHINGTON — Senior Treasury officials were made aware in June 2012 that investigators were looking into complaints from tea party groups that they were being harassed by the Internal Revenue Service, a Treasury inspector general said Friday, disclosing that Obama administration officials knew there was a probe during the heat of the presidential campaign.J. IRS did not act unilaterally in implementation of scandal

100_0192

The Wall Street Journal did state this is no ordinary scandal, and this scandal is the worst since Watergate. Watergate was laid to rest at the desk of President Nixon for his authority was behind the orchestration and implementation. Will President Obama pay the same price by resigning or being impeached for his administration’s involvement in the IRS Scandal. This is not a political statement or view, but a  logical assessment is based on the oddity of the IRS working unilaterally to target conservative groups attempting to gain tax exempt status. The IRS is a powerful arm of the government, and the depth of abuse under any administration falls to blame at The President. A huge conspiracy was launched against elements that were opposite of the views of the administration in power. That abuse does not filter one complaint, one whistleblower report, one noticing such abuse of powers so open in the agency. With Benghazi after … [Read more...]

The failure of Congress will lie with voters inaction over sequester and debt

The failure of Congress is imminent in the sequester or blind spending cuts that will be thrust into reality on March 1st. The stalemate of ideology has pushed our country close to the economic and financial apocalypse over last several years including issues about the debt ceiling, the recent fiscal cliff. The outcry from the public over healthcare and gun control has been overwhelming. The Affordable Care Act or Obamacare had some many voters calling Congress that the switchboard was overloaded. The muscle behind people coming forward over the restriction of guns has been the normal voter protesting in protests and debates. The country faces Financial Armageddon  and the voter remains relatively quiet over the inaction of Congress to work together on a sequester or spending cuts that are sensible without being a result of bad policy. The future of our country is at stake, and failure is not a fault of Congress but the complacent voter worried about guns when we are about to … [Read more...]

Where is our Common Sense Congress?

100_0238122

Congress thought draconian measures in spending cuts and taxes would be the guarantee to force bi-partisanship cooperation. Well, we are approaching the sequester on March 1. The draconian cuts will occur without a deal from both houses. The consequence of draconian was a tap on the shoulder about cooperating. the consequence of self-destruction is still not any deterrence as the legislative branch has left Washington, DC for one week. They decide to leave for recess in one of the most crucial times in recent history. The government is already implementing the measures to meet the March 1 budget targets. The destruction takes place and Congress leaves the place. Where is the common sense?  Congress seems to rollover and play dead when a crisis is pending, and last minute action is done only by kicking and screaming for the Congress to stop playing dead and into action. My 15 year old dog plays dead because he has mobility issues, and … [Read more...]

North Carolina was Obama’s blue state in 2008

The News and Observer out of Raleigh, NC did feature a story in the focus of the Republican candidates and President Obama organization in the Tarheel State. Rick Santorum did bow out of the race, and the only candidate is Newt Gingrich in the Republican field of candidates. However, the change of fate does favor Mitt Romney in lieu of Rick Santorum being out of the race. However, the organizational genius is President Obama as the 13th campaign office was opened this week. In North Carolina politics, the unpredictable is the normal in North Carolina politics. The state did vote for President Obama in 2008, but voted the most conservative General Assembly two years later since the mid 1800's. North Carolina is peculiar state in its politics. Democrat or Republican should not take for granted the voting public and  sentiment in this state. Mitt Romney has the clear shot to the Republican Nomination for President, but he is far behind the Obama organizational structure in North … [Read more...]

Mark Rubio endorsement of Romney is shameless

Mark Rubio endorses Romney and the endorsement made breaking news on the Drudge Report and Fox News. The Drudge Report sent announcements leading up to the Mark Rubio endorsement. The first term Florida Senator is a rising Republican icon, and and his endorsement came under speculation of  Romney choosing Rubio as the VP Running mate. Mark Rubio's endorsement of Romney holds as much credibility as Kim Kardashian endorsement of a Sunday  School class for me to attend. Rubio gives an outstanding endorsement and is denying consideration of the becoming the possible VP nominee. Mark Rubio did not have any political intent in his endorsement, and the endorsement was out of careful consideration of all the candidates. Why did Rubio wait until after the Florida primary to endorse Romney? The endorsement is useless at this point unless political advantage was to be had in this Mark Rubio announcement. The following article is from Fox News on the Rubio endorsement...I will follow up the … [Read more...]
