Jonna will be a full time employee of the foundation to ensure compliance on all projects funded by the foundation.
The Director and Jonna will have the authority to demand any funds back deemed outside the bylaws of the foundation. The funds have to be returned by close of business or the for profit unit can be shut down by the foundation. The for profit unit being shut down will lead to the dismissal leadership team not following the foundation by laws….
