Winter weather advisory issued for northern NC counties  WRAL NEWS - RALEIGH, NC RALEIGH, N.C. — A winter weather advisory has been issued for more than a dozen North Carolina counties – including Granville, Halifax, Person, Vance and Warren – from 4 a.m. to noon Monday. Up to 3 inches of snow is possible, mostly near the Virginia border. Northern Wake County and areas north could get a dusting to half an inch of snow around 6 or 7 a.m. Monday, according to WRAL meteorologist Mike Maze. Bridges could be icy, snowy or slushy as temperatures hover around the freezing mark Monday morning. After the system moves through, temperatures should warm to about 50 degrees Monday afternoon. Clipper to bring snow to twister ravaged Indiana

A mix of rain and snow will "quickly change over to all snow late Sunday night," the service warned, in parts of Indiana and Kentucky, where tens of thousands were without power after Friday's twisters that killed at least 39 people, injured hundreds and destroyed or damaged hundreds of homes. The race is a cradle to grave marathon, and the ability to successfully complete the race is because of the knowledge and experience given to an individual at the onset of learning. This race is so important to an individual to navigate the events of life, and the quality of life is a direct result of the ability to successfully manage the personal finance race. Because of the importance of personal finance to one’s life, the prevailing thought is personal; finance would be a cornerstone of the education system, financial system, and regulatory system. Sunday Snippet: RBC sign goes dark over Raleigh Skyline

It is a rainy morning in Raleigh, NC, I was up early for a Sunday when I peered in the distance to the skyline to witness an oddity to behold. Two of the cities tallest towers were gleeming the dark before the dawn, but the gleeming lights were not a familiarity to Raleigh. The changing face of banking has brought two gigantic changes to the skyline. First, The huge Wells Fargo sign on the top of the form Wachovia Capitol Center in Downtown Raleigh is a mini sunset lighting almost 500 ft in the sky. The most dramatic change is the RBC sign being dark in the middle of brightly lit crown that graces Raleigh's tallest building.
