Company hiring practices, government inaction make plight of US unemployed similar to a 1930’s Germany

The moral standard in America is becoming more empirical and aristocratic as our nation is transitioning in a new century trying to finding footing as being a nation of life, liberty, and justice for all, or a nation losing the moral righteousness to be nation with the ability to govern itself or retain its power in global affairs. Germany after 1933 was a nation for everyone except the Jews, homosexuals, Freemasons, and anyone falling under the undesirable category by the Third Reich. The evolving nature of living in Germany as an undesirable was an agenda in silence as The Third Reich obtained power, and the silent agenda of discrimination did seep into becoming the societal acceptance to outright persecution and extermination by the time Germany was defeated 12 years later by the Allies in 1945. The plight of the unemployed in America is becoming a blight to any land proclaiming itself as leader of the free world, for American experience of being unemployed even with a historical record of achievement and accomplishment is living as part of the undesired…

In Germany, the 1930’s brought new definitions to being racist, and the suffering of the people under the The Third Reich is beyond comprehension to anyone outside the dome of the experience. The plight of the unemployed is living under the brutality of discrimination, and the protection of a civilized society has been stripped by the complacency of political leadership and silence by the American constituency. Unemployed job seekers are investing time and resources into application process, interviewing multiple times, assessments, credit checks, background checks, and conditional offers to be informed that they were eligible for employment with a company. The job seeker is left baffled and confused about losing this opportunity, and the discouragement and despair is unavoidable for any person with any moral feelings of right and wrong.

In reality, the job seeker was the impeccable candidate for the position, but showing a break of employment is a character flaw to many companies in the United States. A break of employment could be a result of an economic, medical, tsunami, hurricane, or any disaster not under a person’s control or failure in responsibility. For example, a cancer survivor may desire to return to the workforce, and beating cancer is not a positive reflection on personal character by some companies. The cancer survivor is not aware of the silent agenda in certain companies hiring practices. However, the organization may invite the candidate for a second or third interview. The company may inform the candidate or cancer survivor of a conditional job offer including starting salary, but the job will go to another less experienced candidate without any past employment breaks….THIS IS NOT FICTION….THIS IS HAPPENING IN AMERICA….

Two larger companies are not hiring candidates with gaps in employment history, and the employees of these organizations including the candidates are going to inform all of us of how the unemployed are undesirables  in the workplace……The full story will be posted on Monday’s blog including the news organization to host the content….Full background and video on the two job seekers who were denied employment because of a break in employment………
